Overview

Join Our Team as a Support Worker! Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you believe in treating others with dignity, respect, and kindness? If so, we’d love you to join our friendly and dedicated team as a Support Worker.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting residents with daily living needs including personal care, bathing, dressing, continence, and nutrition.
  • Assisting with healthcare tasks such as taking observations (after training).
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities that promote wellbeing.
  • Supporting with meals and refreshments, and assisting our catering and housekeeping teams when needed.
  • Ensuring residents’ care plans are followed, updated, and tailored to their individual needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and following all policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Supporting residents with palliative and end-of-life care in a compassionate way.
  • Welcoming visitors, answering calls, and representing the home in a warm, professional manner.
Training & Development
