A healthcare organization in Ramsgate seeks a compassionate Support Worker to join their team on a full-time basis. This role involves providing evidence-based intervention support for mental health service users. The role of the support worker is to primarily co-facilitate and support the delivery of evidence-based interventions which will promote recovery, social inclusion and normalization for service users who suffer from mental health. The role holder will provide support to the clinical and team leaders, to ensure the effective facilitation of pathway interventions promoting client response and engagement.

Main Responsibilities
Promote recovery with the Mental Health Practitioners through empowermentof service users and carers.
Co facilitating recommended group interventions as part of the pathwayfor service users with complex emotional difficulties.
Offering a range of evidence-based interventions and risk management toaddress the needs of the individuals to support their wellbeing.
Ensure record keeping and documentation reflects needs and is completedin a timely manner.
Raise swiftly any urgent referral concerns with the Mental HealthPractitioners
Practice in a manner that reflects and recognises equality and diversity.
Work with carers as required
Ensure activity is entered onto clinical record systems (EMIS/RIO)
Carrying out Dialog+ interventions to empower service users to identifytheir key areas of need that they require help and support with.
Reviewing Dialog+ outcomes to liaise with clinically qualified staff toreview outcome plan for service users.
Engaging in regular scheduled supervision, which is delivered by theMental Health Practitioner.
Participating in the contacting and scheduling of Service users toprovide access to mental health therapeutic interventions.
To ensure records are outcomes and completed on clinical record keepingsystems as required.
To participate in intervention delivery meetings providing feedback.
General Duties
To work collaboratively andprofessionally with colleagues across Invicta Health, building and maintainingrelationships.
To contribute to the development ofservices, including processes, templates and principles.
To ensurethat strict confidentiality is observed at all times, especially when dealingwith personal information.
To takepart in any statutory and mandatory training or other training and developmentprogrammes as requested.
Any otherreasonable duties as directed by your line manager.
