A support services organization in Norwich is recruiting Support Workers to help young people develop skills for independent living. The role requires building positive relationships, promoting emotional wellbeing, and supporting personal development. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping young people. Comprehensive training is provided, and flexibility in working hours is required. We are recruiting Support Workers to support young people living in supported living. Many of the young people have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, family breakdown, exploitation, or involvement with the care system. This role focuses on helping them develop the skills, confidence, and stability needed for independent living.
Qualifications are welcomed but not essential. Full training and development will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and commitment.
