Support Worker – Redmond House Corby. Full time £12.34ph. UK Manual DL required.

Redmond House is a large residential service with capacity for 12 residents in a purpose-built bungalow offering bedrooms with en-suites. The people we support have conditions such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy and cerebral palsy, providing ongoing opportunities to develop and learn new skills day to day.

We’re seeking a dedicated support worker to join the team at our residential service. The service has a welcoming, friendly environment and a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people every day. Redmond House collaborates closely with external health professionals to ensure all needs are met, and our staff enjoy a well-established team with long-tenured colleagues.

Staff joining Redmond House are supported with a detailed induction and continuing professional development, including in-depth supervision and personal development support. Responsibilities (indicative)
  • Provide ongoing support to residents to enhance their quality of life and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with external health professionals to meet individual care needs.
  • Participate in induction, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support the team in delivering care in a residential setting and helping residents live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives.
Qualifications
  • UK Manual Driving Licence (DL) required.
  • All applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
