A supportive care organization in Northam is looking for a Support Worker to assist children with social and emotional needs, including those related to Autism and ADHD. The role demands patience and resilience, as the children may have experienced trauma. The Support Worker will provide support in daily activities, ensuring children's safety and well-being while enjoying various activities. Salary Cyberflat : Salary based on a full‑time contract including additional sleep‑in allowance based on x10 sleep‑ins CAM PO open per month (approx. £6,183 per annum). Basic salary is £24 meat? Actually: £24,960 pa or £26,000 pa (£12.00 - £12.50 per hour) dependent on qualification. Total realistic reward package is £31,143 to £32,183.

We make sure the children supported by Phoenix Learning and Care get to experience as many of the great things other children do as possible – But we need your help.
Our children have social and emotional needs related to Autism, ADHD, or Trauma. They need good role models to help them flourish. With your support, we can make that happen. The children will have difficult days and need more help at home, especially if overwhelmed. Your support on those days will make the good days even more special. You’ll be able to see the positive impact of your relationships as the children grow.
This role is working in our one‑bedroomatcher homes based in and around Bideford, so you’ll really get to know the team and the children. The children need support 24 hours a day, meaning you’ll be able to work your full week in 2‑3 days, which is only 10 shifts per month!
