A community care organization is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for its care home in Newton Longville. The role is vital for helping individuals with learning and physical disabilities live independently and with dignity. You'll assess needs, create personalized support plans, and promote life skills through a compassionate approach. We currently have opportunities for a full time (37.5 hours per week) & part time (22.5 hours per week) Support Worker to join our registered care home, Litslade Farm (in Newton Longville), where we support people with learning & physical disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people live independently and with dignity.
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values collaboration and compassion.
We will support your development with a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, including statutory bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service (Pro Rata)
£25,857 pa for a 37.5 hour a week contract or £13.26 per hour
