We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you’ll help people gain more independence in daily life, while working within a dynamic team in a Leatherhead residential service. No two days will be the same, with opportunities to teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage community access, socialise, and participate in activities. You may be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, or relaxing at home with activities like video games, films, and cinema visits. This is an amazing role for someone looking to make a real difference and help individuals grow in confidence and independence toward their goals (e.g., cooking dinner independently or going on holiday).
You don’t always need prior experience to be a fantastic Support Worker. What you need is a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, a desire to learn, and a genuine caring attitude. We embrace people’s differences and encourage you to Be You. We provide skills and development opportunities to build a great career, with excellent training from induction onward, and opportunities for promotion and progression as well as job security in a sector-leading organisation.
