Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Worker to join our team in Waltham Abbey. You will join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,582 per annum plus benefits.

As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community.
Our residents are encouraged to spend time pursuing their interests and hobbies and are supported by staff to arrange holidays and outings in the community. To enjoy some peace and quiet, residents can spend time in the home’s garden, which offers a calm and relaxing environment.
