Qualifications

  • Valid UK Driver's License.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Work collaboratively in supportive teams across various locations.

Skills

Understanding of therapeutic and positive behaviour support approaches
Ability to support non-verbal communication (e.g., Makaton or PECS)
Strong communication skills
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
