🌟 Support Worker – Thorpe St Andrews, Norwich

📍 Location : Thorpe St Andrews, Norwich

🕒 Part Time – 15 hours per week

💷 £12.35 per hour + 10% weekend enhancement

💸 Overtime paid at +£2.50 per hour

🗓 Shift Patterns : 07 : 00 – 14 : 30

14 : 00 – 21 : 30

14 : 45 – 22 : 15

Includes alternate weekend working

A full manual driving licence is essential, as you’ll be expected to drive our accessible vehicles and support people in the community.

Every day is different, but your core role will include :

  • Providing personalised care and support based on individual needs and preferences
  • Helping residents take part in a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle
  • Supporting daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Taking people we support out into the community for activities such as shopping, pub lunches, and days out
  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times

You don’t need previous experience in care – just a great attitude and a desire to support others. We’ll give you all the training and support you need.
