A local care provider near Bristol is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults on the autistic spectrum. Your role will involve providing person-centred support, helping individuals manage daily living tasks, and fostering independence. Qualifications

  • Experience working with adults who display challenging behaviour.
  • Ability to provide 2 years of referencing.
  • Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service).
  • Ideally a driver, due to the location and community-based activities.

Pay: £13.50 per hour (days) | £14.50 per hour (nights & weekends)
Location: Edge of Bristol

Are you experienced in supporting adults on the autistic spectrum and confident in managing challenging behaviour? We're looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team near Bristol.

About the Role

You'll provide person-centred support to individuals on the autistic spectrum, helping them:

  • Access the community and enjoy social activities.
  • Go shopping and manage daily living tasks.
  • Cook meals and develop independence skills.

This role requires resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting people who may display challenging behaviour.

What We're Looking For
