Overview

Support Worker Night shifts - Llanfoist, Abergavenny, Llun Y Mynydd. Hourly rate £12.60 to £12.80 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. (Driver Essential)

Hours available: Full time 40 hours a week or Part time 20 hours a week.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs associated with autism.

About Llun Y Mynydd

Join our team at Llun Y Mynydd, a tranquil residence nestled in the serene rural surroundings of Llanfoist, near Abergavenny. Our individuals can also enjoy relaxing walks along the picturesque Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, shopping, bowling, local walks, arts and crafts, and other activities.

  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans.
