A support services organization in Oxford is seeking a proactive Support Officer for full-time work in homelessness and resettlement. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate guidance to individuals gaining independence after homelessness. You will assist with various client needs, ensuring safety and effective support through collaborative teamwork. This role demands strong communication skills and a commitment to trauma-informed practices, contributing positively to a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Location: Oxford
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – 9.00-17.00
Salary: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour

We’re seeking a compassionate, proactive Support Worker to join our team working with people who have experienced homelessness and are now living in independent, dispersed accommodation across Oxford. Our clients may have support needs around substance use, mental health, or past offending, and your role will be to walk alongside them as they take the next steps toward long-term independence.
