A local women's support organization in Belfast is seeking a Support Officer to provide welcoming and practical support for day-to-day operations. THE EMPLOYER IS: WINDSOR WOMEN'S CENTREThe Support Officer provides welcoming, practical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Windsor Women’s Centre. Duties include working on reception, meeting and greeting women and visitors, directing people to the appropriate services or rooms, and answering telephone enquiries. The role involves receiving and organising donations of clothes and toys, carrying out general administrative tasks such as photocopying, and creating posters and displays. The Support Officer helps maintain tidy, safe and welcoming central areas and rooms, and prepares tea, coffee and refreshments for classes, workshops and meetings.This role will be subject to an enhanced Access NI Disclosure check as it involves working closely alongside children’s services and with vulnerable adults.
