Job Summary

The post holder will provide a friendly, professional reception service to staff, patients and visitors within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. They will also provide a first–class outpatient coordinator service for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, providing flexible cross‑cover during times of sickness or absence for other members of the team, including the reception staff.

Main Duties
  • To greet patients on the reception desk, checking them in and booking any follow‑up appointments required.
  • Answering telephone queries.
  • Locating and preparing notes for upcoming clinics.
  • Booking clinic appointments.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
