A major UK health organization is seeking a part-time Receptionist for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. The successful candidate will provide excellent reception services to staff, patients, and visitors, handle phone inquiries, and book appointments, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. A good standard of education and experience with public interaction are essential. This position offers a salary of £24,833 per annum pro rata, with a permanent contract and opportunities in a supportive healthcare setting.
The post holder will provide a friendly, professional reception service to staff, patients and visitors within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. They will also provide a first–class outpatient coordinator service for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, providing flexible cross‑cover during times of sickness or absence for other members of the team, including the reception staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
