A leading social housing provider in Castleford is looking for a Support Team Supervisor to join their Property Investment Team. This role involves overseeing Support Officers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to community-focused initiatives like new kitchens and roofs. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience, with strong communication and IT skills. As the Support Team Supervisor your manager will be our Business Planning Officer. You will work 37 hours a week on a fixed term temporary basis for up to 12 months, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Support Team Supervisor you will lead and support our Support Officers, helping them deliver high‑quality, accurate and efficient work while creating a caring, confident and united environment where people feel supported and able to perform at their best.
