An educational staffing company is seeking Unqualified Teachers / Supply Teachers in Bristol. The ideal candidate will supervise lessons and support students. You will receive free training to prepare for the role. The position is full-time or part-time with pay ranging from £100 to £130 per day, starting ASAP.

Protocol Education are partnering with secondary schools across Cothamand nearby areas – Redland, Clifton, Montpelier, Bishopston, St Andrews, Henleaze, Horfield, Stoke Bishop, Westbury-on‑Trym, and Easton – to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teachers / Supply Teachers.
If you’ve ever led a sports session, coached a youth group, worked at a summer camp, or done a bit of tutoring, you’ve already got the skills schools love.
These roles are a brilliant first step into education – or a great way to bring your experience to the classroom and see if teaching’s the path for you.
You’ll be leading and supervising pre‑planned lessons, supporting pupils with their work, and helping maintain a calm, focused classroom. It’s perfect for graduates or career‑chasers keen to gain first‑hand classroom experience before applying for teacher training.
To help you hit the ground running, we’ll give you FREE training on how to be a confident, effective Cover Supervisor. Designed with input from school leaders and our own consultants, it covers everything from behaviour management and classroom presence to safeguarding, so you feel ready from day one.
You’ll also get FREE Thrive Approach training, which helps you understand behaviour and build stronger, calmer connections with pupils. Whether you’re working in mainstream, SEMH, or SEND settings, this course gives you practical tools to create positive classrooms and support every learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
