Overview

Supply Primary Teacher - Leeds. Salary: £130 - £180 per day (dependent on experience & responsibilities). Contract: Flexible - day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities. Start date: Immediate / Ongoing.

The Education Network is recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy the variety and flexibility of supply teaching, while still making a real impact on children's learning.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 (depending on your preference and experience).
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments, policies and teaching approaches.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils\' learning and well-being.
  • Provide consistency and continuity for pupils during staff absence.
Ideal Candidate
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience of teaching within Primary settings.
  • Be confident teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different schools and year groups.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply).
