The role involves managing customer requirements for parts and goods, coordinating with commercial teams and manufacturing partners, and handling delivery logistics. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in ERP System is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage replacement parts and finished goods requirements.
• Work closely with the commercial team and manufacturing partners.
• Handle daily customer communications and issue resolutions.
• Process and maintain purchase and production orders.
• Manage production planning and stock builds.
• Organize deliveries using freight forwarders and couriers.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Assist Supply Managers and provide departmental cover as needed.

Job Description

Reflex Marine is looking for flexible , energetic supply & logistic professional to join an experienced team supporting our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing the replacement parts and finished goods customer requirements.
• Working closely with the business commercial team and our manufacturing partners to fulfil our customers needs.
• Manage customer communications on daily issues and resolutions.
• Process and maintain Purchase orders and production orders with our manufacturing partners
• Manage production planning and stock builds.
• Organise deliveries using freight forwarders and international couriers
• Prepare shipping documentation
• Assist Supply Managers as and when necessary and provide cover as required throughout the department in the case of absence.

Experience in all areas not essential as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• An understanding of logistics and supply chain
• Able to manage a varied workload at a fast pace
