The Livestock Programme Manager is an exciting opportunity for a confident, people-focused leader to take charge of performance across our clients’ livestock supply chains. You will spearhead the development and delivery of operational strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen welfare standards, and underpin commercial growth. With a hands‑on approach and a natural ability to build relationships, you will collaborate with stakeholders at every level — from farmers and partners through to senior leadership — ensuring alignment with business goals and consistently high standards of service. In this hybrid role, you will proactively lead, mentor, and develop a growing national livestock team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement. You will streamline operational processes, optimise resources, and guide your team to deliver the very best outcomes for a rapidly expanding customer base.
