Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers for collaborative forecasts.
  • Monitor invoicing accuracy to ensure revenue capture.
  • Drive stock stability and service improvements through data analysis.
  • Ensure pricing integrity across products.

Skills

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working with ERP systems

Purpose of the role

To effectively balance inventory and service levels through intelligent, data‑driven forecasting and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the role
  • Communicate important updates and insights via our internal social platform, Blink.
  • Understand customer needs, offering proactive solutions that align with expectations.
  • Monitor invoicing accuracy to ensure correct revenue is captured for Dee Set.
  • Liaise with suppliers and brands to build collaborative forecasts and manage stock requirements.
  • Analyse and interpret data to drive stock stability and service improvements.
  • Accurately forecast customer demand and input into Netstock, enabling visibility across warehouse operations, finance, and with key clients.
  • Partner with brands to reduce excess stock and improve inbound service levels.
  • Ensure pricing integrity across the current range and new product listings.
Skills / Experience Required
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience within a supply chain function, ideally involving forecasting, inventory, or demand planning.

Hours

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
