Supply Chain Manager – French Speaking

Luxury food challenger

3 days in the London Office / 2 days work from home (flexible for the right candidate)

MKJ Ignite is working with a fast-growing challenger brand in the luxury food space. This business is scaling rapidly and needs a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to ensure smooth operations.

This is a great opportunity to join a startup at the intersection of food and wellness, with a global retail presence and ambitious plans for the UK market.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting demand and managing production with suppliers and co-manufacturers
  • Maintaining healthy stock levels of finished goods and raw materials
  • Owning and improving Excel-based tools, transitioning to smarter systems like Unleashed
  • Coordinating logistics across Europe and the UK (B2B, B2C, 3PL)
  • Managing international shipping and pallet dispatches
  • Overseeing retail orders (£3–15k+) and ensuring OTIF delivery
  • Building scalable supply chain processes

Skills required:

  • Experience in the food industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel with high attention to detail
  • Experience handling high-volume orders
  • Hands-on approach, willing to work in a small, dynamic team
