We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic supplier relationships and drive operational efficiency within a dynamic aviation environment. This role is pivotal in supporting fleet planning, material coordination, and contract management across technical supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 24/7 material support for aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Streamline supply-side activities to maximise value and reduce costs.
  • Manage supplier performance, audits, and scorecards.
  • Lead warranty and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Support RFP projects and implement forward-looking material planning.
  • Develop and manage a team of Material Controllers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in aviation supply chain and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of EASA/UK CAA/FAA/TCCA regulations.
  • Proven expertise in AMOS and airline maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with B747-400 and B777 aircraft is advantageous.
