A global leader in aerospace innovation is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Bristol on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will manage purchase orders, optimize ordering parameters, and ensure timely delivery of parts according to customer needs. This role requires strong supply chain management experience, proficiency with MRP systems, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Compensation is set at £22.94 per hour, with onsite work three days a week.

Supply Chain Coordinator

ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Co‑ordinator to join a global leader in aerospace innovation.

The Supply Chain Coordinator, as process operator of Supply External Products and Services process, has the accountability to monitor the delivery of the right part, at the right time, at the right quantity, to the right place in accordance with customer needs.

Requirement
  • Manage and monitor purchase orders to ensure alignment to requirements
  • Optimise ordering parameters (safety stock/safety time, batch size, reorder point) in line with influencing factors
  • Manage reordering tasks after rejection, scrap/damages
  • Monitor and manage delivery forecasts and line of balance through regular interaction with suppliers
  • Perform monitoring through process performance measures and KPIs (Ordering measures, Missing Parts, Stock KPIs, Level of Service)
  • Participate in supplier performance reviews/provide performance feedback to supplier where required
