Supply Chain Coordinator

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Office-based

Related Fluid Power is a market leader in the design, development, manufacture, and supply of hydraulic controls and mini power packs to globally recognised OEMs. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy team at our Cuparmuir facility in Cupar, Fife. We're looking for an organised, proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to keep everything moving — from purchase orders and supplier management to stock control and logistics. If you enjoy problem‑solving, staying one step ahead, and making sure production never stops, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Purchase Orders & Supplier Management
  • Raise, update and track POs
  • Chase confirmations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times and pricing
Stock & Inventory Control
  • Keep systems accurate and up to date (Business Central/NAV)
  • Record stock adjustments and maintain reliable inventory levels
Logistics & Deliveries
  • Arrange shipments and liaise with carriers/forwarders
  • Check customs/shipping documentation and track deliveries
  • Manage urgent or time‑critical requests
Quality & Returns
  • Process rejects and returns
  • Coordinate replacements and maintain accurate registers
General Coordination
  • Support internal departments with materials, tooling and design requests
  • Keep all daily, weekly and monthly supply chain trackers updated
  • Provide cover across procurement and stores when required
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Confident communicator who can hold suppliers accountable
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience (BC/NAV) ideal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement (preferred)
Hours, Pay & Benefits
  • Mon‑Thu: 8:30am‑5pm (30‑min lunch)
  • Fri: 8:30am‑2pm
