Job description

The Supply Chain Campaign Management Specialist is responsible for identifying and resolving in-campaign issues while coordinating across multiple functions. This role manages the use of campaign management tools (primarily Excel) across Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and the Liverpool site. Strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on driving actions to completion are essential to ensure product availability across on-site and off-site functions and CMOs.

Accountabilities
  • Ensure each campaign is planned effectively to meet customer expectations, understanding the critical path for each product and market and proactively removing potential bottlenecks before campaign lock.
  • Implement and maintain campaign tracking tools (Excel, Power BI) to monitor agreed KPIs, and roll out accurate campaign plans and product trackers, ensuring timely data input and highlighting gaps.
  • Develop and monitor KPI dashboards for CMOs and Liverpool to drive execution and continuous improvement, and support completion of global tracking tools and pandemic simulations as required.
  • Attend / facilitate daily CMO calls, maintain CMO trackers, and coordinate sample shipments with Logistics. Attend / facilitate Site Batch Release meetings to align QA, QC, Logistics, and CMOs with global supply plans and commercial priorities, providing clear priorities and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Perform SAP transactions including PO goods receipt, batch receipt, consumptions, creation of inspection lots, and updates throughout the campaign.
  • Reconcile inventory between SAP and CMO systems, manage material consumption / disposal in coordination with Finance, and coordinate inventory replenishment at CMOs with the Liverpool Inventory Controller.
  • Monitor campaign progress against operational plans, resolve issues promptly, and elevate impactful risks.
  • Track issues during campaigns and feed into the Campaign Continuous Improvement (CCI) process, owning and driving actions to completion.
  • Analyze the impact of changes and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure Liverpool formulation plans meet filling plans at CMOs and other CSL sites through coordination with planners and logistics teams.
  • Maintain and update supply maps, create new maps for markets, identify lead times, and drive process improvements.
  • Drive corrections to plans across the network to mitigate poor execution or technical issues.
  • Report and communicate effectively through agreed forums, providing analysis and updated supply reports to support Global Supply Chain and Commercial Operations.
  • Support projects and process improvements to maximise efficiency, timeliness, and cost‑effectiveness.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Scientific or Commercial discipline preferred
Experience Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a relevant field such as supply chain, manufacturing, or data analysis, with proven ability to manage complex tasks, collaborate across teams, and work independently with strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical best practices
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, able to synthesise information from multiple data sources.
  • Competent in Excel, and ideally, in Power BI
  • Prior use of SAP or similar ERP system is desirable but not essential
