A recruitment agency is seeking an office administrator for a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. This 10-month contract position involves inputting shipments, processing documents, and customer support. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of office administration experience and strong communication skills. The job requires proactivity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and candidates must commit to the full duration of the contract. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday (1hr lunch)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home based) after training.
Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per annum circa.
Contract: 10 month contract - February 2026 to December 2026.

Must be proactive, able to use your own initiative and work in a fast paced and busy environment within a varied and very interesting role. Must be able to commit to a minimum of a 10 month contract and be a driver due to the office's rural location.
