Qualifications

  • Understanding of SAP - Material master preferred.
  • Previous experience in supply chain management.

  • Managing key data requirements for materials and vendors.

  • Acting as the key contact for all supply chain related issues.
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date 3rd party master data.
  • Efficient ordering and elimination of invoice queries.
  • Ensuring optimal inventory customer setup data is accurate.

Overview

CK Group are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:
£17-£19 per hour PAYE (umbrella)

Responsibilities
  • Managing key data requirements for both materials and vendors in order forthe order to invoice process to functioneffectively.
  • This role ensures 100% master data setup,PO management and that instrument assetsare managed effectively.
  • The Administrator will be key point of contact for all Supply chain related issues and use problem solving methodology to identify and fix issues.
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date 3rd party master data for both material and vendor to ensure.
  • Efficient ordering.
  • Elimination of invoice queries.
  • Ensuring optimall Inventory customer set up data isaccurate and allows clear electronic interface
Background
  • Proven track record of operating in a highly changeable andchallenging working environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and conciselyexplain processes and provide updates
  • Understanding of SAP - Material master preferred
  • Previous experience in supply Chain management
