We are working exclusively with a highly respected, privately owned FMCG business that sits at the heart of the UK food supply chain, partnering with major retailers and international manufacturers to deliver innovative private label and branded products.
This is a genuinely unique commercial role – not off‑the‑shelf sales. You will become the pivotal link between European suppliers and UK retail customers, shaping strategy, managing complex development processes, and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
You won’t be the person closing the deal with the retailer. Instead, you’ll thrive on building deep supplier relationships, navigating complexity, and driving projects forward from concept through to launch. It’s a role for someone who gets their buzz from the journey, not just the finish line.
As Supplier Commercial Manager, you will:

You might currently be an Account Manager, Commercial Manager, NPD Commercial Lead or similar, and be seeking a role with greater depth, autonomy and long‑term impact.
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus plus company profit bonus
Location: Coventry – hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)
Travel: Occasional European travel (typically 23 day trips)
