What you will do
  • Conduct recruitment, visits, and assessments of prospective foster carers using the Form F or Connected Persons assessment template.
  • Supervise, support, and facilitate training for a caseload of approved foster carers.
  • Analyse complex information gathered during supervision and prepare high-quality reports.
  • Contribute to the review and management of foster carers in line with National Minimum Standards.
  • Attend court as needed as part of your supervisory or assessment responsibilities, showcasing your ability to present information effectively.
