Warehouse Order Pickers Wanted -| £16.48 per hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Waitrose & Partners, who are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers to join their busy Regional Distribution Centre in Aylesford, Kent.

You’ll be working in a chilled environment (0°C - 5°C), ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, stable work with one of the UK’s most respected retailers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing customer orders using headset.
• Working towards daily performance targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Remaining active on your feet in chilled conditions

Shift & Pay:

• Afternoon Shift: 23:00-07:00
• Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour
• Shifts: 5 days over 7 (including weekends on most rotas)
• Ongoing weekly rota provided
