We are looking for Supervisor to join our team in Wells, working 6 hours per week and supporting the store on Sundays.

What does this role do?

We're looking for a commercially minded Supervisor to:

• lead and inspire a team of busy, dynamic volunteers that deliver excellent customer service,
• maintain high levels of presentation through effective merchandising, using commercial decision making to drive best use of space available,
• be instrumental in ensuring your store is a successful hub of the community, working closely with Rehoming Centres and representing the Dogs Trust brand.
