SuccessFactors Functional Consultant - Glasgow - FTC role - £100K - Hybrid

An opportunity for an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join and lead a multi-disciplinary team to conclude and drive forward a new SuccessFactors implementation.

Working with stakeholders, implementation teams and third party implementation partners, you'll review the existing work and establish commercial priorities, before building and delivering a project roadmap to successful implementation.

You’ll need previous experience on multiple SuccessFactors implementations, and in particular strong capability in working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver value through the solution. You’ll have people management experience and the ability to bring your experience to bear in improving process, data management and workflows across HR business areas.

This is a 12 month fixed term engagement in the first instance - there is a potential permanent role in the longer term post implementation.
