SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Oxford District, United Kingdom

Type: Permanent

Salary: £80,000 + bonus and benefits

Remote in UK or Europe

I am working with a global organization currently undergoing a large optimization program. They are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape this transformation.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have configured and implemented SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
• Be able to quickly analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Possess Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
• Be knowledgeable about integration with other SuccessFactors modules, different platforms, and third-party applications.
• Have configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience.
• Hold active SuccessFactors certifications.
