Job summary

A global organization is seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to drive transformation. This permanent role involves configuration and implementation of various SuccessFactors modules, error resolution, and integration experience. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with Onboarding solutions and active certifications. The position is open to candidates in the UK or Europe, but sponsorship is not available.

I am working with a global organisation who are currently going through a large optimisation programme and they are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape this transformation.

They are looking for someone who:

• Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
• Can quickly analyse and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
• Has Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
• Is knowledgeable about integration with other SF modules and different platforms and 3rd party applications.
• Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience of SuccessFactors.
• Holds active certifications.

This is a permanent role, you can be based in the UK or Europe. My client aren't offering sponsorship unfortunately.
