• Working experience as a business analyst for SAP HCM payroll / ECP.

• Strong understanding of integration between ECP and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for SuccessFactors & ECP Payroll solution.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements and documentation.
• Manage the process of change for SuccessFactors configuration.

Skills

Experience as a business analyst for SAP HCM payroll / ECP

Knowledge of tax calculations

Understanding of integration between ECP and non-SAP systems

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions

Experience with UKG (Kronos) or equivalent T&A system
