A leading academy in Chesterfield is seeking a Learning Resource Coordinator to support students in the Learning Resource Centre. This role focuses on assisting students in raising their literacy levels and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. The academy promotes a culture of success and offers continuous professional development. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
Hours: 37 HRS p/wk Monday - Friday
Contract: Term Time - (40 weeks)
Salary banding: Grade: 6 Step: 12-14
Full time with part time considered.

Support our students in the Learning Resource Centre, assisting them by creating a culture of success and a positive attitude to learning. Increase their life chances, attainment, and social and emotional development. A key priority is raising literacy levels among students who face obstacles in developing their literacy skills. This includes group work with disadvantaged students and offers scope for creativity, themed events, and interaction across all curriculum areas.
