A higher education provider in Manchester is seeking a Student Success Tutor to provide direct support to students through meetings and proactive coaching. You'll help improve student outcomes, manage workloads, and work flexibly across various hours. The role requires experience in further/higher education, a bachelor's degree, and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers a permanent contract with annual leave, a pension scheme, and further education reimbursement.

Student Success Tutors (SSTs) provide direct support for assigned students or groups through face‑to‑face meetings, proactive holistic support and coaching. Indirect support is delivered via email, phone and tracking of student academic performance with the Faculty Manager. SSTs collaborate within faculty and across departments to triage student problems and direct them to specialist services, ensuring an excellent experience for all students throughout their learning journey.
