West London College is seeking an experienced and dynamic Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager to lead our student recruitment, admissions, and information, advice, and guidance (IAG) services across all college sites.
You will manage a welcoming, efficient, and compliant service, ensuring that enquiries are handled effectively, applications are processed accurately, and enrolments are completed smoothly. Working collaboratively with marketing, curriculum, data and funding, MIS, and other college teams, you will maximise applicant conversion at each stage of the student journey while maintaining high standards of compliance, data integrity, and customer service.
This is a key leadership role, overseeing a busy team, supporting staff development, and continuously improving processes to ensure a positive, student-focused experience from first contact to enrolment.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive leader with experience in student recruitment, admissions management, and team leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.
