Position

Full-Time, Fixed-Term (until 31 July 2026)

Applications are invited for the post of Student & Programme Administration Officer in the School of Law and Social Sciences.

About the role

Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and a Doctoral School, which are all part of the Student and Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey. Administration teams have been designed to provide a consistent and effective service to both students and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of academic programmes through a variety of tasks and processes.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the School and across other academic and professional services areas.
  • Use initiative and take responsibility for solving problems and improving service delivery.
  • Demonstrate commitment to our shared vision and service standards.
  • Provide a commitment to working in Higher Education administration.
