Job description

Program Overview

As part of the Yusen Student Placement Programme, you will complete one placement, learning a broad skill set and building comprehensive knowledge of the business. Placements will cover areas such as: International Freight Forwarding. Yusen Logistics are specialists in freight forwarding over land, sea, and air. During the placement scheme, you can expect to:

• Understand the basics of cargo management
• Work with our customs team on import and export procedures
• Create value for our customers

You will also receive formal and on-the-job training and be matched with a mentor for support. You'll be encouraged to actively network across the business, engaging with managers from different departments and building valuable professional relationships. These connections will not only broaden your understanding of our operations but also open up opportunities to learn, collaborate, and progress your career within the company.
