A prestigious educational institution in Greater London seeks a Student Lifecycle Events & Engagement Manager. We are the Student Administrative Services Department, who undertake the administration of the student lifecycle including Welcome, Enrolment & Registration, Visa Support & Guidance, Student Records, Graduation, and International Student Welcome. We work to ensure all students who study at King's receive a world‑class student experience by aligning support for students through their educational journey at King's with the academic cycle of events throughout the year.
We are part of the Students & Education Directorate, a collection of wide-ranging professional services in place to support King's students and their education. As a directorate we manage the student lifecycle from application to graduation and beyond, to ensure a coherent and seamless student experience and effective administrative processes, working closely with King's faculties to do so.
The Student Lifecycle Events & Engagement Manager (Welcome) leads on the creation and delivery of Welcome to King's, a key programme of work that has peaks in September and January that supports students with a successful transition into higher education.
This is an exciting opportunity for colleagues looking to develop student engagement, and who wish to utilise their skills and expertise in team management and events and project management whilst leading on a critical and dynamic programme of work.

This is a full time post, and you will be offered an indefinite contract.

Please be prepared to work flexibly during delivery times and note that some events and activities take place outside of normal working hours on evenings and weekends and/or require early start times. The Student Lifecycle Events & Engagement Team is also responsible for Graduation and as part of your role you will also be required to support delivery of these events which may also take place outside of normal working hours on weekdays.
