Job description

Overview

The Students Insights Officer plays a key role in enhancing the student experience by supporting the operationalisation, delivery, and evaluation of institutional and national student surveys. Working within the Academic Registry, the postholder will ensure the effective collection, analysis, and reporting of student feedback to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in education provision.

Working arrangements

Whilst there is a need to be in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday, hybrid working is available for this role. We may be able to offer reduced hours for the right candidate. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 13 January 2026.
