Qualifications

• HND / C or other relevant qualification with relevant experience, or working towards.
• Experience in infrastructure design.
• Knowledge of design standards and their application.
• Knowledge of asset condition assessment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification and evaluation of asset specific needs.
• Assist in developing asset renewals and improvement plans.
• Participate in asset studies and survey works.
• Input into early solutions for improvements or renewals.
• Consider health and safety needs in planning and delivery.
