Overview

Structural Technician – Bristol – £34k-£38k plus benefits

Our client is looking for a driven Structural Technician with at least 3 years' experience to support the design and delivery of civil and structural engineering projects across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to progress their career within a collaborative and growing consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality 2D and 3D drawings and Revit models.
• Supporting engineers with design solutions.
• Contributing across all RIBA stages and carrying out site inspections to ensure compliance with designs, standards and regulations.
• Working closely with engineers, technicians and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate project documentation and supporting quality and health & safety processes.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Solid understanding of structural design principles, RC detailing and BIM.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• An HND or foundation degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is required.
