Associate Director / Partner Designate - Structural Engineering • Permanent • Watford • £70,000 - £90,000

This Civil/Structural consulting engineering firm, established for 25 years with a profitable business and a diverse project portfolio across London and the South East, is seeking an Associate Director who is interested in becoming a partner of the practice in the future. The company is currently led by two partners who maintain a successful business with a reputation for project delivery and positive employee experience, fostering a relaxed environment that supports professional and personal development.

As part of succession planning, the company aims to appoint an Associate Director to maintain and grow the business going forward. The incoming engineer will join as an associate with the intention to progress into a full partner in the near future. There are plenty of clients and a strong reputation, so new work is consistently available. The role is based locally, with the expectation to work on projects on the outskirts of London. Chartership is not required for this role.
