Are you a talented and driven Structural Engineer based near Newark with around 5 years’ experience looking to join a growing multidisciplinary design consultancy?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake the design and delivery of structural engineering solutions across sectors including logistics, residential, commercial, healthcare, and industrial
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, efficient, and sustainable project outcomes
  • Produce detailed designs and calculations in line with UK building regulations and industry standards
  • Engage with BIM and digital tools to enhance project delivery and streamline workflows
  • Mentor and support junior engineers while developing your own technical and project management skills
Experience & Skills Required
  • Around 5 years of experience in structural engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Strong technical design skills with knowledge of relevant codes and standards
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
  • A proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Working towards or holding chartership with IStructE or ICE (desirable)
