LOCATION(s):Basildon
SALARY: Starting from £43,803
HOURS:Full-time - 35 hours per week plus inclusion on an out of hours rota.
WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Basildon office

In this role, you’ll assist with projects that enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and strengthen operational resilience. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Merchant Services and partners to help deliver improvements aligned to our strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.
