• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support sales.

• Conduct monthly forecasting based on expected customer requirements.
• Manage stock changes for new product launches while exiting old stock.
• Plan promotional events to optimise sales and maintain stock levels.
• Review performance to identify and resolve excess stock issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication.
• Assist the supply team with additional tasks as required.
