As a Strategic Sourcing Officer, you will manage specific categories within the 2bn+ UK&I spend portfolio and provide analytical and operational support to the Strategic Sourcing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, preparing reports, and supporting sourcing projects with research and insight. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in procurement and supply chain.
You will be joining the Strategic Sourcing team, a key function within our broader Supply Chain department. Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with partners across the department and the wider business, both locally and globally, to ensure alignment and drive impactful outcomes. Your customers include internal stakeholders across Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Nutrition, Logistics, Business Planning, Digital, Sustainability, Indirect Sourcing, Food Development, Marketing, Finance, Business Strategy & Insight, Operations, and Impact, as well as external Supplier Partners and third‑party Distributors.
Interviewing will commence in January 2026. The process typically includes a competency‑based interview followed by a second interview with an associated task or presentation.
